Temple Shalom’s Yizkor Memorial Book provides a wonderful opportunity to memorialize departed loved ones. It is a time-honored tradition which expresses a family’s commitment to their memory. It  lists the names of loved ones remembered by our Congregation at Yizkor Services held on Yom Kippur, as well as Shemini Atzeret, Pesach, and Shavuot over the course of the Hebrew calendar year. The Yizkor Memorial Book will be available to each member of the congregation and a copy will be placed in our archives as a lasting memorial. If you wish to have an inscription in the Yizkor Memorial Book please list the name(s) of those to be remembered on the form below, along with a minimum donation of $25.00
