Building Protocols

  • Registration online is encouraged to participate at Temple Shalom. We continue to track participation for contact tracing. Registration should be submitted the day prior to event/service start.
  • To protect those in our community who are most vulnerable, Masks are required for all participants age 2+ at Temple Shalom.
  • Participants on the bima are required to provide a vaccination card to the Temple Office.  Participants are highly recommended to be fully vaccinated.
  • Social Distancing is recommended for all participants. Seating by family pod, or social group is encouraged.
  • No Oneg or lunch, Kiddush and Motzi will be grab-and-go – outdoor patio.

Some of the Details:

  • Advance registration online
  • Worship will be held in the Taxman sanctuary.
  • Doors open 15 minutes prior to services, close 30 minutes after start time.
  • Entrance through the South Foyer (parking-lot entrance) or ramp on request.
  • Anyone with a temperature exceeding 100.4 degrees will be asked to return home.
  • Children welcome with parents.
  • Social hall, kitchen, playground, lower level and classrooms remain closed.
  • Restrooms in the foyer are open for use, cleaning supplies provided. (To wipe down faucet handles, doorknobs, etc.).
  • Bring your own kippa/tallit or request in advance in Notes field below;
  • Bring your own water bottle.
  • Participation protocols are more stringent for those wishing to be involved on the bimah for honors, readings, etc. Provide proof of vaccination to the TS Office.
