Temple Shalom’s Grief Support Group is an opportunity for those who have experienced loss to collect a set of psychological and spiritual tools that provide help and healing from the hurt of losing a loved one. The 6-week program includes selected readings on grief and loss, guided meditation, and the communal support of informal sharing and discussion. Because of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Grief Support Group will meet virtually using the Zoom platform.
